Biography
Gil Lutz is an attorney at Waldheger Coyne, whose practice focuses on corporate law, with additional experience in tax law and real estate matters. He advises individuals and businesses on a range of transactional and planning matters. He regularly assists clients with contract drafting, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and general business counseling.
Gil joined Waldheger Coyne after graduating from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2025. During law school, he spent every summer with the firm, gaining hands-on experience in corporate and health law matters and developing a strong familiarity with the firm’s clients and practice approach. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2025. Prior to law school, Gil earned a degree in Accounting from Bowling Green State University in 2022, providing him with a strong financial foundation that informs his transactional and business-focused practice.
