Biography

Tom has been an attorney with the Waldheger • Coyne team since 2011. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, real estate law and corporate law.  Tom’s experience with handling business transactions makes him an asset to dental practices and veterinarians. As a frequent speaker at various dental and veterinary schools, study clubs, and seminars, his knowledge about the inner workings of these industries is unique. He has experience handling private and corporate transitions, associate contracts, buy-ins, and more in these industries.

Education, Associations & Accolades

Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from Baldwin Wallace University. He graduated from the Cleveland-Marshall College of law in 2011 with his Juris Doctor degree.

He was the proud recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award® for White Collar Crime in 2011 while at Cleveland-Marshall and was named an Academic All-American for soccer in 2006 while at BW.

Tom resides in Lakewood, Ohio, and enjoys exploring Greater Cleveland’s grit and beauty through the myriad network of trails and improved access to the lakeshore. He is a former college soccer player who still enjoys getting outside in the summer to play golf and tennis.
