Biography

Brian joined Waldheger • Coyne in 2012. Before joining Waldheger • Coyne, Brian was employed as an associate with McGinty, Gibbons, Hilow & Spellacy, Co., L.A. Subsequently, in 2001, he was a founding member of the law firm of Hunt & Cook, LLC.

Brian’s practice focuses on general litigation, including, but not limited to, family law, juvenile law, personal injury, business law, criminal law, and the discreet resolution of personal conflict in local courts.

Brian received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut. He pursued and earned his JD degree at Cleveland State University’s Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and graduated in 1991.

He is a proud member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and the West Shore Bar Association. Brian also volunteers some of his legal experience as a legal aid in the Greater Cleveland area.

Brian and his wife are parents to five children and live in Westlake, Ohio. When he’s not busy with his kids or his job at Waldheger • Coyne, Brian enjoys running, playing golf, and playing pickleball.
