Biography
Ayah joined Waldheger • Coyne in 2021. Before joining Waldheger • Coyne, Ayah worked as an attorney advisor for the Small Business Administration, Office of Disaster Assistance. Prior to that, she worked for a solo practitioner where she focused on civil litigation, contract law and dispute resolution.
Ayah’s practice focuses primarily on employment benefits and ERISA matters.

Education, Associations & Accolades
Ayah received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology with a minor in Arabic from Case Western Reserve University in 2017. She pursued and earned her JD degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Law and graduated in 2019.
Ayah is a board member of the Arab American Bar Association of Ohio.
After her first year of law school, Ayah worked as a student attorney in the University of Michigan School of Innocence Clinic where she helped exonerate a man who was wrongfully convicted of murder in 1992 and had spent 25 years in prison based on fabricated ballistics evidence.

Beyond Waldheger • Coyne
Ayah currently lives in the Cleveland Cultural Gardens and loves trying out the local restaurants around town. She enjoys spending time with her family, including her two cats, Kitty and Snood. She is also a big traveler and gardener.
